I believe the anwser is yes. I use GnuPG on Win98 with the front-end
GPGshell and use the commands below in my option file.

keyring a:\ring\pubring.gpg
secret-keyring a:\ring\secring.gpg

If you use a different OS &/or front-end, you should find the
applicable commands in the gpg.man file.
