weird WARNING messages with 1.0.7

For when the problem is in the options file, I think I'll change this
to be something like:

gpg: /path/to/option/file:lineno: deprecated option "honor-http-proxy"
gpg: please use "keyserver-options honor-http-proxy" instead

With the line number given, it should be clearer where the problem is.

If the option comes from the command line, then it will be the current
message.
