photo in gpg key (vedaal)

I'd been attempting to use Internet Explorer as the
photo viewer, and yes, I'd included the option
--photo-viewer (with various parms) in my options
file.  GnuPG always answered that it was having
trouble opening the temp file, and always seemed
to know where the temp file was supposed to be
written (as defined in my environment variables).
The photo was not the only example of GnuPG
having problems with temp files, either.
