Be realistic. Most Windows users are clueless when compared to most Linux
users. Tact does not change fact.
That's not to imply that they aren't intelligent, just that they don't
already possess the level of knowledge that most Linux users pick up while
installing and configuring Linux. Even though it's gotten a lot easier
recently, most of us still have just enough challenges that we manage to
learn things we would not have otherwise known had we stayed with Windows.
Those are generalizations, and there will of course be exceptions, but I
think it's more accurate than the reverse.
