You _seem_ to be saying that _you_ have created a key that you encrypt to
and the recipient have got the public key for your key and can not
decrypt the message. This is backwards.
The recipient should have created their own key and you should encrypt
to the recipients public key.
When the recipient want to send things to you, your public key is used
for encryption and you use your own private key to decrypt.
