Upgrade from 1.2.1 to 1.4.6

While there are many reasons to upgrade to 1.4.x, note that there was
a 1.2.x version released with a fix for last week's vulnerability.

I'd still upgrade to 1.4.6, but this might allow you to do it in a
more relaxed manner.
