 http://myhome.foo/mykey.asc

is a good choice.  I consider it a good idea to have one's own key on
some public location anyway and not to rely just on keyservers.  See my
OpenPGP mail header for another example.

If you have not stored that URL on the card you can also use

  gpg --fetch-key http://myhome.foo/mykey.asc
