openpgp card sharing violation

Is there some background process running gpg too?  Is gpg-agent
installed or a PAM wwith card support?

Or a pcscd problem?  Disable pcscd and setup gpg so that it can use its
internal ccid driver.  Basically setup permissions in the USB file
system
