GPA - import keys more easily?..

For commandline usage, you can simply use GnuPG directly:

$ gpg2 --import pubkey.asc

GPA is a GUI frontend to GnuPG. Commandline support is already in GnuPG and
doesn't need to be in a GUI frontend.
