Enigmail doesn't.  Enigmail uses GnuPG behind-the-scenes, so any key
GnuPG knows about, Enigmail knows about.  Enigmail has precisely zero
crypto code itself (although that's slowly changing as we give more
thought to OpenPGP.js).
