[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Rewrite tests/suite/ciphersuite/* in Python (#1464)

The tests in `tests/suite/ciphersuite/*` are currently written using NodeJS and XSLT, which could be replaced with Python and the standard CSV module to avoid additional dependencies.
