[Help-gnutls] GnuTLS with PHP or Python on windows

Hello,

I'm trying to make use of GnuTLS for a project and working on a prototype. I
have seen from Google searches that there are modules for PHP and Python
available for linux platforms. I downloaded python-gnutls but currently
running into issues installing the package on Windows - work in progress.

Does anybody have any experience with using GnuTLS for web components on
windows ? I have read that libcurl uses GnuTLS internally - is libcurl a
possible solution ?
